HOW TO USE

DIRECTION

We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils directly. Diffuse 3-4 drops and for an energizing and uplifting boost. Drop 1-2 of nutmeg and dilute with a carrier oil and apply it to ease joint and muscle pain. Apply diluted nutmeg to the abdomen to ease menstrual discomfort.

CAUTION

Do not us when you're pregnant or recently had a surgical operation. High Doses of Nutmeg essential oil can lead to sedation, hallucination and vomiting. As per our guideline, we don't recommend the ingestion of essential oils. Always use moderately with a carrier oil. Do not use this oil on infants and children under age of 6.
